The room was very nice and the staff at the front desk were very accommodating. We needed to print a reservation for a train ticket and they were very helpful.

The hotel is well located right near the river and old city gate in Dresden. It's also about a 5 minute walk from the famous Christmas Market. It's a large complex with plenty of space. Our room was extremely spacious and the complementary mini bar was a really nice touch. The shower was hot with good water pressure as well! The staff member at the checkin desk was extremely kind and knowledgable as well. She also remembered me when I approached to check out. Plenty of parking available directly under the hotel as well, which was nice to access our floor and room directly via the elevator from the garage.

Great value for money. Free mini bar for which I was only interested in the non-alcoholic drinks.. cola/fanta/water but welcome in the hot weather. The hotel bar was a nice and friendly facility and comfortable too Reception staff helpful and with good English

The location is perfect if you want to stay right in the center of the old part of the city. The rooms are sound proof and have very comfortable beds. And the contents of the minibar are included!

The check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The room was very tastefully decorated with high ceilings and modern fixtures. The spa was very classy, clean, quiet. The location of the hotel was truly in the center of the beautiful historic old town, close to tram, malls, many restaurants, and the river. Having bottled water and a coffee machine available in the room for free was a nice bonus.

A very pleasant stay. The room was large and comfortable, and clean. Fast check-in Breakfast was good. All the personal that I had contact with were professional and very attentive to my needs. Josefine Deß at reception made my stay extra pleasant.

Extremely professional staff. Do not shame anything at there!!! Be a brave! Everyone else is the same situation. Life is now and you have to learn new things. It is not necessary to be totally quiet in the sauna. But if someone do not like to speak for others, do not force them for it. Do not speak too much. This depent between people. Everyone know the common rules and common sense. If you are nice to others, you can trust, that others is nice to you too. Anyway everything works well in the Spa and people are very friendly and good peoples. So perfectly experience. Amazing! There is good massages service also.

The breakfast was excellent and the all the staff was really friendly, helpful and funny. We loved how spacious and comfy the room was.

The hotel more than met our expectations. It is right in the middle of the town square and 4 stops on the tram from the station. The room was large and very well decorated. THe breakfasts were really good with lots of choice and all good quality.Very tasty. On top of which there is prosecco! Staff very helpful with ideas of what to see/ do
